These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Kivoro online store. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store information
Kivoro sells collectible building-block minifigures and related products. Product images, descriptions, prices, availability, and specifications may be updated when necessary. We aim to present information accurately, but minor color or packaging differences may occur.

Orders and payment
An order is accepted after payment is authorized and Kivoro confirms the order. We may cancel or limit an order when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, pricing is clearly incorrect, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If a paid order is cancelled by Kivoro, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices, taxes, and duties
Prices and available currencies are shown on the store. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other destination-country fees unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Please review both policies before ordering.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation or security, submit false information, violate another person's rights, or use store content for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property
Store design, original text, graphics, and Kivoro branding may not be copied or commercially used without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Kivoro is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by events outside its reasonable control.
