Returns
Kivoro accepts return requests submitted within 30 days after an order is shipped. All products are eligible for return. Returned products should include all parts and be sent back in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Kivoro does not charge a restocking fee. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
