Shipping destinations
Kivoro's general shipping configuration supports 243 countries and regions. Final availability depends on the destination country, region, and postal code entered at checkout. Some postal-code areas are not supported; checkout will confirm whether delivery is available.

Order processing
In-stock, mass-produced items are generally prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Carrier and estimated transit time
Orders are generally shipped through YunExpress. Tracked standard shipping generally takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, public holidays, remote destinations, an incorrect address, or other circumstances outside Kivoro's reasonable control.

Shipping charges and free shipping
Orders totalling US$49 or more qualify for free tracked standard shipping. Orders under US$49 use the calculated standard shipping rate shown at checkout, based on parcel weight and destination. The currently configured standard rates range from US$4.99 to US$15.99. The final shipping charge shown at checkout applies to the order.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided using the contact information supplied with the order. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Customs and import charges
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other destination-country charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
