Shipping destinations
Kivoro's general shipping configuration supports 243 countries and regions. Final availability depends on the destination country, region, and postal code entered at checkout. Some postal-code areas are not supported; the checkout will confirm whether delivery is available.

Carrier and estimated delivery
Orders are generally shipped through YunExpress. For in-stock, mass-produced items, the configured estimated delivery time is generally 7–10 days after the order is placed. Delivery may take longer because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, public holidays, remote destinations, an incorrect address, or other circumstances outside Kivoro's reasonable control.

Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated by parcel weight and displayed before payment at checkout. The currently configured standard rates range from US$4.99 to US$15.99 depending on parcel weight. The final shipping charge shown at checkout applies to the order.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided using the contact information supplied with the order. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Customs and import charges
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other destination-country charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
